Why does the dApp take a long time to load?

Unfortunately, the testnet is somewhat slow. On top of that, we've had an unprecedented number of funds created, which makes fetching and displaying the fund data slower. We've made some adjustments which should make it faster, but please bear with us.

I received a transaction error. What should I do?

There could be several reasons for this error. Firstly ensure that you’ve accepted all required and prompted transactions on the DOMANI dApp. An error is likely to occur if you’ve rejected or not accepted a transaction. Be patient, and the transaction request will pop up on your Metamask, and you will be able to accept the transaction. Otherwise, simply reload the page and try again.

I have requested funds using the faucet, and an error pops up. What should I do?

Ensure that you have enough ETH on the zkSync testnet before requesting the funds*. You should try refreshing the page and requesting again if the issue persists.

Does the platform work on mobile devices?

Currently, the DOMANI dApp is desktop-compatible only and has been thoroughly tested for use on Chrome, Brave and Firefox. This will be expanded to include more browsers and mobile compatibility. If you encounter any errors using mobile, switch to desktop on one of the tried and tested browsers.

How can I obtain an OGDOM role on Discord?

The OGDOM role is only attainable after requesting funds from the faucet on the zkSync-DOMANI testnet and completing the Google form. The form was released for a limited time only. It is up to the team’s discretion to open it up again for another limited time.
